Where is our beef processed?

All of our beef is processed at Innovative Foods in Evans, Colorado. Innovative Foods is a state-of-the-art, USDA-inspected processing facility that prides itself on quality and excellent customer service. 

Is our beef aged? 

All of our beef is processed at Innovative Foods, where the beef is hung for 14 days to age.   

    How is our beef packaged?

    Your beef will come to you vacuum-sealed and frozen, no matter the cut. Quantity per package will vary based on cut. For example, ribeyes will come in two per package, and tenderized round steak will come one per package. 

    Having trouble with delivery options?

    Colorado:

    When you check out, you will be prompted to enter your zip code and your address, after that you should be able to select "Colorado Delivery" and a delivery fee of $10.00 will be added onto your order.

    Outside of Colorado:

    When you check out, you will be prompted to enter your address and zip code, after that you should be able to select "Outside of Colorado" and a flat rate shipping fee of $65.00 will be added onto your order.

    When will I get my beef?

    Once your order is placed, we will pack your beef and deliver it to the address you provided us. Deliveries will be made mainly on Mondays and Tuesdays, and during the summer months, in the evening hours in an attempt to avoid the heat of the day.

    For deliveries outside of Colorado, we will do our best to ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will use a 2-day shipping method, such as Fed-Ex or UPS to get you your beef and will provide you with a tracking number. Once it arrives, please let us know within 5 hours if there are any issues and we will work with you to find a solution. 

    **While we will do our very best to stick to this delivery schedule, our farms and our cattle still require our attention, especially during our busy seasons of haying and calving. If something comes up and we cannot make your delivery, we will reach out to you as quickly as possible to make new arrangements. 

    Do we accept returns?

    Once we drop your beef off, please notify us within 5 hours of any issues and we will work with you to find a solution. We do not accept returns and are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once your beef has been dropped off.
