1/4, 1/2, and whole beefs are available one time per year with limited quantities for purchase. Processing dates are normally set for sometime in April and May. Let us know if you would like to be put on the email list when they are available!
When ordering a 1/4 beef please keep in mind there will be no customization available, you will have the choice of bone-in or boneless, other than that it will be processed according to a standard cut sheet. For more information on this feel free to call or email us!
Our beef is processed at Innovative Foods, a USDA-inspected facility located in Evans, CO. Here, the beef hangs for 14 days to age.
All cuts are vacuum sealed and quantity per package will vary by cut.
**PLEASE NOTE $2.09/lb is the live weight price for the steer itself. Processing costs are $1.10/lb and will be paid to the PROCESSOR in order to pick up your beef.
